Another tough test for Town

HOT on the heels of

holding league leaders Trafford in an entertaining 1-1 draw at the Abacus

Solicitors’ Community Stadium last weekend, Warrington Town face another tough

league encounter when they travel to second placed New Mills this Saturday, kick

off 3pm.

The league newcomers

have won their opening two fixtures and will provide another stern test for

Shaun Reid’s new look team, who are also unbeaten following two league draws and

an impressive 3-0 win in the FA Cup at Atherton.

It doesn”t get any

easier for the Wire when title contenders Curzon Ashton visit the Abacus

Solicitors’ Community Stadium, next Tuesday, September 4, kick off

7.45pm.

Curzon are also

unbeaten in the league and this week knocked Northwich Victoria out of the FA

Cup.

The following

Saturday (September 8) Warrington return to FA Cup action when they entertain

Maine Road at the Abacus Solicitors’ Community Stadium in the 1st qualifying

round, kick off 3pm.
