Mobility award for car dealer

WARRINGTON car dealership Polar Ford has been recognised by the disabled drivers’ organisation Motability as providing outstanding customer service for disabled motorists and their families for the seventh year running.

The company, part of the Ford Retail Group, competed against 595 other dealer groups to be commended in the “Best Motability Dealer Group of the Year” category, the award they have won for the last year six years.
Judges commended the dealership’s quality of support for the Motability scheme with the level of customer service described as “excellent”.
Malcolm Tutton, Motability manager for Polar Ford, said: “The Motability Scheme delivers a service that enhances the lives and opportunities for disabled people and their families.
“It is extremely important to Polar Ford and we are tremendously proud to have been commended for this award, it really demonstrates the spectacular commitment from every member of staff.”
