Child safety – with lots of fun

0

CHILD Safety Week brought plenty of fun and practical advice for youngsters at Latchford, Warrington.
Westy Children’s Centre had a car and a pedestrian crossing set out for parents and children to practice crossing the road safely.
The youngsters followed by example as parents and staff taught them valuable lessons on how to cross the road safely.
The annual week aims to raise awareness of the accidents that can seriously injure or kill children and show how to prevent them.
Anyone who would like to know more about events and activities at local children’s centres should contact the Families Information Service on 01925 443131.
