Armed robbery at bank

POLICE are investigating an armed robbery at a Warrington bank.
Two men, one armed with a sledgehammer, forced their way into the NatWest Bank in London Road, Stockton Heath.
They grabbed an unknown quantity of cash before making their getaway in a car, believed to be a black Volvo.
There are no reports of injuries in the raid shortly before 5.30pm last night (Friday).
Police are asking for information from witnesses who should call them on 101 or via the anonymous Crimestoppers hot line 0800 555 111.
