PEOPLE in Warrington who are not yet registered to vote must do so by 5pm on Wednesday, April 18 if they want to vote in next month’s borough or parish council elections.
Anyone who has recently moved and not informed the council should complete a voter registration form, which can be supplied by the council or downloaded from www.warrington.gov.uk/council/electoralregister or from the Electoral Commission website at www.aboutmyvote.co.uk
It is also the deadline to register to apply to vote by post and an application form is available from the elections office at the council.
Residents can check if their name is included on the register by calling the council’s elections office on 442184 or by emailing [email protected]
