Students pretty in pink

CARING students from Warrington raised more than £300 during a Pretty in Pink Day.
Health and Education students from Priestley College organised a jamboree of events to help Cancer Research UK.
Cakes and toffee apples were sold and there were raffles and tombolas, as the college united to raise funds for the charity.
Tutor Rachel Walsh said: “Pretty in Pink Day has become part of the Priestley College fabric. Every year our learners from Health and Education go that extra mile to do something for others.
“Once again the event was a hive of fun and activity, whilst many staff and students got into the spirit of things by wearing something pink for the day.”
