Police appeal after woman attacked

POLICE today issued an appeal for witnesses who may have seen a 40-year-old woman being assaulted at Warrington 12 days ago.
The woman was attacked in Broadbent Avenue, Latchford on October 28 at about 10.15pm
She was punched and kicked in the head, resulting in fractures to her cheek bone and eye socket and multiple bruising.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information which might assist officers with their enquiries, is urged to call Cheshire Police on 0845 458 0000.
Information can also be passed on anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
A 45-year-old woman, 35-year-old woman and a 17-year-old youth have been arrested in connection with the incident. They have been bailed pending further enquiries.
