Police appeal following fatal crash

POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a fatal car crash on the M6 at Warrington last night.
At around 6pm police were called to a report of a single vehicle collision involving a Hyundai car, on the M6 northbound carriageway near to junction 20 at Lymm, Warrington.
The driver of the car, a 56 year old man from Haydock, was pronounced dead at the scene. Next of kin have been informed and formal identification has been carried out.
Any witnesses to the collision are advised to contact PC Colin Pover at the North West Motorway Police Group on 0845 458 0000 quoting incident 713 of 20th October.
