Arson attack on parked car

DETECTIVES are appealing for information following an arson attack involving an inflammable missile being thrown at a parked car in Warrington.
The incident took place in Pearson Avenue at around 12.15am on 12 October.
An object – believed to be a makeshift accelerant – was thrown at a Volvo S40 causing minor damage to the windscreen.
The car was parked in the road at the time and there was no one inside. No one was injured as a result of the incident.
A man, of slim build, wearing a black hooded top with the hood up, was seen cycling away from the area at the time of the incident.
Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident, knows who is responsible or has any information, which might assist with their enquiries, to get in touch on
