Blaze at public house

FIRE crews from Warrington and Birchwood were mobilised when a fire broke out at a local pub.
The blaze was at the George and Dragon, in Warrington Road, Glazebury and involved a tumble dryer.
A hose reel jet was used to extinguish the fire and crews carried out a safety assessment before leaving the scene. There was no serious damage to the pub and no-one was hurt.
