Second man arrested after robbery

A SECOND man has been arrested in connection with a robbery at a Warrington post office earlier this week.
The 20-year-old, from Manchester, is currently helping police with their enquiries into the raid at the post office in Glazebrook Lane, Glazebrook.
But a 25-year-old man arrested earlier has been freed on bail, pending further enquiries.
The robbery took place at about 12.30pm on Monday. Two men entered the post office, one armed with a machete.
They demanded cash, and threatened an elderly customer, causing the post master to intervene.
One of the offenders struck the postmaster with the machete causing an injury to his hand.
They took cash from an open till and fled the scene in a silver Volkswagen Golf driven by a third man waiting outside.
