FIRE crews from Warrington were called out today after a toaster sparked off a kitchen blaze.
The fire was at a house in Holford Avenue, Bewsey.
By the time firefighters reached the scene the fire had been extinguished by the occupier. But they carried out a home safety assessment before leaving.
One appliance was involved in the operation.
