STRONGER Together, Warrington Borough Council’s group which aims to allow the community to have a say on their neighbourhood, is holding two local annual meetings.
Both will offer the chance to review the work undertaken over the past 12 months and look forward to next year and beyond.
The meetings are public and anyone who lives in the wards can attend.
On Wednesday October 5 the Stronger Together West Area Neighbourhood annual meeting will take place at Penketh High School, Heath Road from 5.30pm.
It is open to people from Burtonwood and Winwick, Whittle Hall, Great Sankey, Bewsey and Whitecross and Penketh.
On Thursday October 6 Stronger Together East Area Neighbourhood annual meeting will be take place at the Encounter Centre, Dewhurst Road, Birchwood from 6pm.
It is open to people from Culcheth, Glazbury and Croft, Birchwood, Poulton, Rixton and Woolston.
A council spokesperson said: “Stronger Together aims to ensure local people can influence decisions about their neighbourhood.
“It ensures that service providers like the council, NHS and Police co-ordinate their activities to address local priorities and help individuals, service users and groups to tell us what works best in their area.”
