A NEW junction on the A49 Winwick Road at Warrington is due to open to traffic next week.
The junction will serve the new Orford Park Project – and at the same time the existing junction on the A49 at Alder Lane will be closed.
The central reservation opposite this junction will also be closed.
A borough council spokeswoman said the new junction had been completed in advance of the A49 Winwick Road/Long Lane junction to allow access to a new store in Orford Park.
The overall works on the A49 are expected be completed in November.
