A SERIES of road shows has been launched in Warrington, organised by the borough council’s Sure Start team, to promote local children’s centres and learn more about what services families with young children.
The Sure Start team will be visiting a number of locations near the Sunshine and Sandy Lane children’s centres which bring together under one roof, all the different support agencies for families with young children
The team will visit the following places: Poole Park (1-3pm, August 17); Orford Library (1-2pm August 24); Radley Common (2-3pm, August 24); Scott Street (1-3pm, August 31).
Visitors to the bus will have the chance to pick up free advice from staff, great giveaways and be able to enter a free prize draw for supermarket vouchers.
