Man, 20, remanded in custody

A 20-year-old man appeared before magistrates today charged with intentionally encouraging the commission of an offence.
Jordan Blackshaw, appeared before Vale Royal magistrates and was remanded in custody.
He will next appear at Chester Crown Court on September 19.
Police said a 23-year-old Chester man, arrested yesterday on suspicion of inciting disorder via social networking sites, was released without charge this afternoon following advice from the Crown Prosecution Service.
It is believed two Warrington men suspected of inciting public disorder through social networking sites are still being questioned by police.
