Woman's body found in river

A LIVERPOOL woman whose car was found at Lymm after she had disappeared from home has been found dead in the Mersey at Woolston.
Medical secretary Ann Norah Finnan, 50, was reported missing from her home in West Derby Village on July 12 and her car was found at Old Smithy Lane, Lymm the same night.
Some of her personal belongings were also found in the Sow Brook area of the village.
A major police hunt was launched but was called off when her body was found in the river five days later. Police do not believe there are any suspicious circumstances.
