THE North Cheshire Wind Orchestra is giving a concert entitled “A Night at the Theatre” at the Pyramid Arts Centre, Warrington on Saturday, May 7.
Music from various shows will be included in the programme, by composers such as Leonard Bernstein, Richard Wagner, Jerome Kern, Richard Rodgers, Lerner and Loewe, Bock and Harnick and Stephen Sondheim.
Popular musicals represented in the programme include Show Boat, Oklahoma!, My Fair Lady, Fiddler on the Roof and Sweeney Todd.
The orchestra will be conducted by Catherine Tackley.
At the end of the concert there will be a collection in aid of St Rocco’s Hospice, Warrington.
