Brolley good show for new business

BROLLEY is one of the fastest growing and innovative property services companies of its type in the sector and is celebrating the launch of its business model for Cheshire, based in Lymm, Warrington.
Providing products and services to both private and corporate clients their portfolio encompasses full-service property maintenance outsource contracts for Landlords, including Gas Safety and PAT testing, through to facilities management for corporate clients and block maintenance and domestic cleaning services for Private clients.
They opened their Cheshire office, based in Lymm, at the end of 2010 and have been steadily building up their customer base and been welcomed by many of the local trades and businesses in the area.
Jim Hallas, co-owner of Brolley.co.uk Limited, who lives in Lymm with his family said: “We launched Brolley in October 2009 servicing Kent and have seen rapid growth since then, which has meant new offices in Sussex and now Cheshire.
“We always play an active role in the community that we serve and have already began building some associations with local schools and sports teams in the area. We are also proud sponsor of ‘Help for Heroes’ and also ‘Hospice in the Weald’, both fantastic causes that we are aiming to raise as much money for as possible in 2011.
“We now have more than 20 directly employed staff and work with more than 50 subcontract suppliers that deliver our services to the exacting ‘Brolley Standards’.
“This means our customers can source every service with complete peace of mind, knowing that we guarantee that the work will be undertaken by a fully qualified and fully insured trades person every time. We have a very simple approach which is all about the quality of the service that we deliver to our customer base. We underwrite everything that we do so that our customers don’t need to worry!
“It is our intention to create a further 50 new positions in 2011, making our small contribution to getting the economy moving again.
“Our company mantra is simple: “Get it right first time, every time”.
Meanwhile Brolley have signed up to be main sponsor the annual Lymm Duc Race organised by Lymm Roundtable and taking place on Easter Monday in the village.
