Man stabbed during disturbance

POLICE at Warrington appealing for witnesses after a man was stabbed during a disturbance in the early hours of the morning.
The incident was in the early hours of yesterday (Sunday) in Waddington Close, Padgate.
A number of men were involved in the disturbance at the rear of St Mawgans Court. A 29-year-old man suffered a stab wound to his stomach and was taken to hospital but has since been discharged.
Three men, aged 24, 26 and 29 were arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent and have been bailed until April 19 pending further inquiries.
