Robbery at tanning salon

POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a robbery at a Warrington tanning salon.
Two men, one armed with a baseball bat, confronted a 17-year-old girl assistant at the Tan Shop, in Reynolds Street, Latchford and threatened her.
One man covered her mouth while they stole cash from the till and then fled on foot.
The victim was left very shaken, but not injured.
One man is described as about 6ft 3 inches tall and “lanky”. He was a scarf covering his face and a hood pulled down over his face. He was pale and possibly pock marked.
He was wearing a zip up track suit top, possible white and black, and navy blue jeans with a yellow Henry Lloyd logo on the pocket.
The second man was about 6ft tall and was wearing a |Berghaus fleece style hooded top, pulled tight around the head. He had a tanned complexion and brown eyes and was of medium build. He wore a black neck warmer and navy blue woollen gloves.
The robbery was on Friday (March 4)
Police are asking anyone with information to contact Warrington CID on 0845 458 0000. Information can also be left anonymously on the Crimestoppers hotline 0800 555 111.
