Survey of volunteers

AN organisation which offers support to voluntary groups in Warrington is carrying out a survey to ensure its service is the best possible.
Warrington Council for Voluntary Services’ (CVS) annual customer survey runs until Friday March 18.
A spokesperson said: “The CVS is undertaking a survey of how helpful people have found our services to be.
“As budgets get even tighter it is important for us all to know that we are meeting needs and doing so in a positive and constructive manner.”
The survey is available on the CVS website or hard copies are available from the CVS reception at the Gateway, Sankey Street. Organisers say it will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
The spokesperson said: “The survey allows for people to make suggestions for new services and ways of supporting the front-line organisations.
“While we clearly want to hear ideas, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to take them up, the biggest constraint undoubtedly being funding. However, we will be looking at all ideas seriously and doing our best to make them workable.”
