JON Clarke’s testimonial game against Wigan today has been called off due to a frozen pitch and has now been rescheduled for Wednesday evening, kick off 8pm.
A heavy frost on Friday evening and little thaw yesterday made the pitch unsafe.
Meanwhile Warrington Town’s scheduled league fixture at Radcliffe also fell victim to the weather.
Town are hoping to be back in action on Tuesday evening when they entertain fellow play-off contenders Curzon Ashton.
