AN increase in costs for hanging baskets and planters in Stockton Heath has been approved, despite concerns from members of the parish council.
Members were concerned that the cost for next year had increased from £3,670 to £3,790.
The quote includes 19 hanging baskets in winter and summer and 15 planters, also in winter and summer, together with maintenance and watering.
