OUTLINE planning consent has been given for a development of 22 dwellings on the site of the Penketh Business Park, Cleveleys Road, Penketh, Warrington. Details proposals, including internal access, will be submitted later.
Computer lessons

Detached garage
PLANS for a detached garage at the rear of High Croft Poultry Farm, Lady Lane, Croft have been given the go-ahead by Warrington Borough Council planners.
Piano recital
A FREE recital takes place at Holy Trinity Church, Market Gate, Warrington on Saturday, January 29, featuring pianist Kamilla Arku. The event has been organised by WACIDOM – the Warrington Arts Council Initiative for the Development of Music.
Hospital lottery
WINNING numbers in the weekly lottery run by the League of Friends of Warrington Hospital were 2, 7, 8 and 13. The jackpot prize went unclaimed and will be rolled over to next week but a £25 consolation prize was awarded to a member of hospital staff.
Hospice grant
A GRANT of £50 has been given by Stockton Heath Parish Council to Hope House Children’s Hospices.
Members heard the service was open to any life limited child in the Warrington area.
