Town face pitch inspection

WARRINGTON Town’s home league game with Ossett Albion scheduled to take place tomorrow (Saturday) looks set to fall

victim to the cold weather with the Cantilever Park pitch frozen solid.
But league rules state that the game can not be called off until after a 9am pitch inspection tomorrow (Saturday).
Warrington had been hoping to continue their recent good form following four consecutive victories.
Town are also due to travel to Curzon Ashton on Monday evening – which again is a major doubt.
Warrington are away at Salford on Bank Holiday Monday (Dec 27) and are next scheduled to play at Cantilever Park on New Year’s Day when they entertain local rivals Witton Albion.
