Second school forced to close

A SECOND Warrington school has been forced to close because of a boiler breakdown.
Barrow Hall Infants in Barrow Hall Lane, Great Sankey is closed today.
The boiler has failed and there is some related flooding. Engineers are already on site but it is likely to take a few days to repair, clean up and re-open.
The adjoining Barrow Hall Junior School is not affected however and still open.
The school is looking at alternative ways of providing lessons this week.
Parents have been notified and will be kept updated via the school’s text system and website.
Last week, St Barnabas CE Primary School was forced to close for several days after a boiler breakdown. But it is now re-open.
