PEOPLE IN Warrington are being invited to join in a two-minute silence in the town on Remembrance Day.
The Mayor and Mayoress of Warrington Coun and Mrs John Joyce will lead the public tribute at 11am on Thursday November 11, at the Old Fish Market in the town centre.
The firing of maroon rockets from the Town Hall roof will mark the start and finish of the two-minute silence.
