WINNER of a competition for a special birthday card to remind Warrington’s 18-year-olds they now have the right to vote is Nick Dyer, from Kingswood.
The competition was launched earlier this year and the entries were narrowed down to six finalists, whose designs were display at the Town Hall and online. Members of the public then voted – and Nick’s design emerged the winner.
His card will be sent to all 189-year-olds pre-registered on the electoral roll.
He also receives a £50 gift voucher and a framed copy of his completed card.
