SHOPPERS in Warrington had the chance to see Warrington Wolves’ Challenge Cup and have their photo taken with team mascot Wolfie.
The event, at Golden Square Shopping Centre, marked the launch of the centre’s Get Sorted campaign and continues until Saturday (October 30).
Local organisations, such as the Warrington Wolves Foundation, were on hand to offer young people from the area advice on future careers.
The centre also unveiled a new Warrington Wolves Wall, which will display fixtures, results and other news from the team including updates from the foundation. The wall will be a legacy of the team’s involvement in the campaign.
Marketing manager Ian Cox said: “We’re delighted to have unveiled the Warrington Wolves Wall on Monday to show our support for such a great team. We’re so pleased to have been able to host the Challenge Cup which the team worked so hard to win.”
