TRAFFIC is to be temporarily banned from a town centre street at Warrington while water mains are renewed.
The borough council is making an order introducing a temporary prohibition of driving on Horsemarket Street from its junction with Scotland Road to its junction with Town Hill from September 27 for four weeks.
An alternative route will be provided via Town Hill while United Utilities will be carrying out water main and service pipe renewal works.
