A FAMILY fun day is taking place at The Hermit Pub, Golborne Road, Winwick, near Warrington on Sunday, August 29.
The day – which will feature games, entertainment and activities for all ages, is to raise money for The Prince’s Trust.
It has been organised by Warrington-based Lasertech UK who, with a team entered in The Million Makers Corporate Challenge 2010, have already raised £1,646.72 for the Trust in just under two months with various fundraising activities.
Company spokeswoman Laura Crumbley said: “It’s a great opportunity to get the local community involved in helping us raise money for The Prince’s Trust. Not only will they be helping young people right here in the North West – they will have a good time doing it as a family.”
The event starts at 12pm and will include a bouncy castle, Velcro wall, BBQ, raffle prizes, birds of prey and local bands playing live into the night.
