Blaze house filled with smoke

FIRE crews were called out to deal with a house fire at Fearnhead, Warrington.
The blaze started in an airing cupboard on the first floor at the property in Ludlow Close – and filled the house with dense smoke.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus tackled the blaze and use a ventilation unit to clear smoke from the property.
It is believed a fault on an immersion heater started the outbreak.
In another incident, vandals are believed to have started a fire in a bin compound at sheltered accommodation at Ashfield Gardens, Latchford.
Vandals are also believed to have started a fire involving a large skip outside a house in Camsley Lane, Lymm.
Youths are being blamed for starting fires involving piles of rubbish in Sankey Valley Park and on land off Battersby Lane.
