Taylor Business Park is a long established business park in Risley, Warrington. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to fulfil a 48 hours per week, 4 on 4 off night shift. We are also looking for a part time Saturday and Sunday day guard.
The main areas of responsibilities will be;
*Manning the Security lodge.
*Carrying out foot patrols of the site
*Dealing with tenants and members of the public.
*Ensuring the security of the buildings
We require the candidate to have;
* Excellent communications skills
* Good computer skills
* Smart and presentable
* Valid SIA licence
* Full driving licence
* Proof of last 10 years employment.
*A willingness to work extra/other shifts at short notice.
The rate of pay is £7.78 per hour.
