THE 26-year-old man arrested at Wrexham in connection with the death of Victoria Roberts, at her home near 
Warrington, appeared in court today, been charged with her murder.
Michael Roberts, of Partington Square, Daresbury, made a brief appearance before magistrates at Warrington today charged with the murder of his 25-year-old wife.
Mrs Roberts was found dead in the garage at the couple’s home on Thursday evening last week. A post mortem examinations has shown she had been strangled.
Roberts, who was arrested on Sunday morning, was remanded in custody until January 4, when he will appear at Warrington Crown Court.for a preliminary hearing.
