A chance to quiz the police

RESIDENTS of one of Warrington’s most disadvantaged areas will be able to question police about their work at a meeting tonight (Wednesday).
People in Bewsey and Dallam are invited to a Community Action Meeting at the Bewsey Park Community Office in Troutbeck Avenue from 7pm.
They will have the chance to chat to police officers and PCSOs and discuss any issues or concerns. Their views will help set action plans for the coming weeks and residents will be able to vote on priorities for their area.
PCSO Scott Parkinson said: “This is the ideal opportunity for local people to come along and talk about any issues or concerns they might have.
“It is important for local people to have a say on the issues local officers are focusing on and meetings such as this give them an opportunity to do just that. Residents can also meet local officers – and put a face to a name.”
During the meetings officers will be giving feedback on what they have done to target issues raised at previous meetings.
Anyone who cannot attend but would like to speak to one of the team should call them on 0845 458 6385.
