£200 raised for charity

MORE than £200 has been presented to the Leonard Cheshire charity group following an evening for gardeners at Arley Hall, ear Warrington
Lord Ashbrook – owner of the hall – presented the cheque to Chris Bryan, the charity’s capital appeal fundraiser.
Arley business manager Garry Fortune said the event – an informal evening of discussion and gardening tales with Tatton Park head gardener Sam Youd and City of Manchester head buyer John Steedman – had proved a great success.
A similar evening is being organised for next years.
Leonard Cheshire provide support, help and advice for more than 21,000 disabled people in the UK.
