Armed men force way into house

THREE armed men forced their way into a house at Warrington and attacked a 20-year-old man.
The victim suffered face injuries and was taken to hospital after the incident in Delves Avenue.
Police are seeking witnesses of the attack, which took place at about 3pm yesterday (Thursday).
A 44-year-old man from the Manchester area was arrested after the incident and later freed on police bail until November 6.
Police were called to the house after reports of a disturbance. They discovered three men had forced their way in, armed with weapons.
