A WARRINGTON couple are celebrating the second anniversary of their unique home care business, which has created more than 60 new jobs in the area.
Philip and Tracey Adlem own and run the Warrington office of national home care company Home Instead Senior Care.
They are particularly proud that following their success, the national head office of the company has relocated from
Chester to Lower Stretton as it needed a more convenient location to support its 33 UK offices.
Home Instead Senior Care is the only UK care business specialising in the non-medical care of older people.
Services offered include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, post-discharge care, personal care, medication reminders, shopping and errands.
The Warrington office has supported more than 120 clients and employs more than 60 care givers.
Philip said: “We are extremely proud to have built a business that has made a real difference to the lives of our clients in all areas of Warrington and created so many jobs locally. We promote independence and want to give people the opportunity to choose the type of care they receive.”
The company also wants to encourage more local people to consider a career in caring.
Philip said: “We are really keen to talk to people who currently work as carers or who are interested in working in the sector. Because of the way we deliver our care service our caregivers achieve high levels of job satisfaction whilst building strong relationships with their clients.
“We are passionately committed to providing the highest levels of care to our clients and we are looking to add to our already fantastic team.”
