Police name road victim

POLICE have released the name of a motor cyclist killed in a collision near Warrington first reported by Warrington-Worldwide on Saturday.
He was David Watmough, aged 48, from Culcheth, Warrington and he received serious injuries when his motor cycle was in collision with a silver Ford Focus in Warrington Road, High Legh at about 5.30pm on Friday, February 27.
The car driver was a 34-year-old man from Knutsford.
Police are still appealing for witnesses of the crash. Anyone who can help is asked to ring PC Dave Alexander on 01244 614388.
