FIVE new staff have been appointed by a Warrington-based firm as part of its plan to achieve £2.5million turnover this year.
Airangel, a leading provider of guest internet access, has made the additions to its Warrington team.
Tracy Scriven, 38, has been appointed business development manager for the corporate sector, Dru Widdowson, 34, will develop the hospitality sector and Paul Lockhart, 41, will manage the London region.
Between them the new business development managers have more than 50 years experience, having worked for Intercity Mobile Communications and Freedom Digital Networks among others.
Phil Ward, 27, is the new financial controller and Darryl Petch, 23, has been appointed as a field engineer.
Sales director Dean Wilkinson said: “We’re well on track to achieve a £2.5m turnover in 2009 and to do that we needed to invest in additional resources and expertise.
“These five new recruits make us well placed to seize on the growing demand for WiFi across all corners of society – whether it’s in the hospitality, leisure or corporate sectors.”
