WARRINGTON Town have made a hat-trick of new signings as they prepare to face one of their toughest games of the season against former football league outfit Halifax Town this Saturday, kick off 3pm.
Top of the league Halifax are expected to bring around 400 fans for what will be their first ever visit to Loushers Lane.
Warrington are anticipating their biggest ever league gate for the clash so anyone wanting to guarantee admission to the 1,500 capacity ground is advised to arrive early, as parking will be at a premium.
Meanwhile new manager Joey Dunn who is still looking for his first home win, has secured the signatures of defender Thomas Hardwick from Skelmersdale, defender Lee Riley from Wigan Robin Park and midfielder Michael O’Donnell from PrescotCables.
Some of his new signings starred in the reserves 7-0 victory over Denton on Tuesday night.
Dunn is hoping his team can repeat the kind of form seen at promotion chasing Lancaster and Clitheroe, where Town grabbed unlikely wins against the odds.
