Roads will close for six weeks

TWO busy roads will be temporarily closed from Monday March 2 for about six weeks.
West Avenue and Walton Heath Road in Stockton Heath, Warrington will be partly closed to allow installation of a new 500mm water main as part of the Warrington Supply Improvement Scheme.
The closure will affect West Avenue, from its junction with Walton Road (A56) to its junction with Walton Heath Road, and Walton Heath Road, from its junction with West Avenue to its junction with Ellesmere Road.
The alternative route for vehicles travelling westbound on West Avenue will be via Walton Road, Hill Cliff Road, Ellesmere Road, Walton Heath Road and vice versa. The alternative route for vehicles travelling eastbound on West Avenue will be via Walton Road, London Road, West Avenue.
The alternative route for vehicles travelling westbound on Walton Heath Road will be via West Avenue, Walton Road, Hill Cliff Road, Ellesmere Road and vice versa. The alternative route for vehicles travelling eastbound on Walton Heath Road will be via West Avenue, Francis Road and vice versa.
