Man robbed in his own home

A MAN has been attacked and robbed in his own home at Warrington, police revealed today.

The 27-year-old who lives in High Warren Close, Appleton was attacked last night (Monday) by four men who broke into his house through a rear window.

They threatened him, stole valuables from the house and then stole the man’s black 2005 Ford Focus from the drive.

The victim was not physically harmed but was left badly shaken by the incident.

Police are appealing for witnesses who may have seen anything suspicious in the area shortly before 9pm.

The four offenders wore black fleece jackets, balaclavas and scares hiding their faces.
