A FIVE-storey building is to be built in the heart of one of Warrington town centre’s most important conservation areas.
Planners have given the go ahead for the scheme, which involves the demolition of Holy Trinity Church Vicarage, in Palmyra Square North, to make way for the new building.
The development will have a restaurant on the ground floor with offices on the upper floors.
The scheme has been approved by officers using powers delegated to them by the borough council’s development control committee.
