A CELEBRITY hair stylist paid a special visit to Warrington to pass on valuable hints and tips to aspiring students.
Lee Stafford, who owns a number of salons and a range of hair care products, visited the Warrington Business School to give live demonstrations, a cutting and colouring seminar and take part in a question and answer session.
Hairdressing students and teams from all over the North West descended on Warrington Collegiate’s Hub 49 theatre for the visit.
Chloe Oakes, who is studying for a Foundation Apprenticeship NVQ Level 2 in hairdressing at the school, said: “It was a great opportunity to learn from someone who has a huge amount of experience in the industry.
“The seminar on cut and colours brought to life what we have been taught and the question and answer session was really useful.”
Hairdressing trainer Victoria Stafford added: “Lee is proof that you can pursue a vocational qualification such as hairdressing and make a career out of it.
“The courses we offer are a genuine alternative to traditional higher education and having someone like Lee Stafford present to the students really bolstered their confidence.”
