Seeking workspace in the country

0

A FIRM of regeneration consultants is appealing for people to take part in a rural workspace study of Warrington.
BE Group and Rural Innovation will be assessing the supply and demand for rural workspaces in Warrington and Cheshire after being commissioned by Cheshire County Council in conjunction with the Cheshire and Warrington Economic Alliance.
Their study will consider both existing and proposed workspace schemes that aim to support the rural economy.
Rural workspaces encompass multi-let schemes that provide industrial and or office premises and the study will not be considering leisure or retail activity.
Now the group want to hear from any scheme operators and anyone with aspirations to develop rural workspace in the Warrington and Cheshire areas.
