FANTASTIC teamwork has ensured a leading Warrington based mental health charity continues to meet the high standards required for the Investors in People UK Standard (IiP).
Many of those employed by Warrington based Making Space say it is the best place they have ever worked.
The IiP assessor said it was particularly commendable as it was not a well-paid sector, the work is challenging, covering a wide geographical area, and it is a 24-hour service involving many part-time team members.
Despite a management re-organisation this had not detracted from the organisation’s ability to meet the standard, and that team workshops to explain changes had been valuable.
