ANOTHER 117 new COVID-19 cases have been confirmed in Warrington as infection rates continue to rise.

ONE more COVID-19 death has sadly been reported at Warrington Hospital, where inpatient numbers are continuing to rise- with infection rates also returning to an upward trend in the town.
A total of 207 new COVID-19 cases have been reported in Warrington, the highest daily number since mid-July, with hospital inpatient numbers also rising- although the seven day average has fallen for the first time in recent weeks.
WHILE no further COVID-19 deaths have been reported at Warrington Hospital infection rates continue to rise with another 160 new cases in the town.
