Memorial thieves face tougher sentences

monuments look set to face tougher sentencing thanks to a campaign by

Dog attack man charged
A 47-year-old man has been charged in connection with an incident in
Warrington when a woman and her dog was attacked by two dogs at
Blackbear Park, Latchford.
